I view myself more as a coach than as a personal trainer, because I want to draw everyone in the world into a fitness lifestyle. I believe that you can reach your highest level of fitness and health with a fitness as sport approach to training. My top priority is to get you to your goal of losing weight, gaining muscle, improving performance, or maximizing general health through functional training. My programs include 9 basic movements, 4 cardiovascular training methods, and a long list of athletic movements and skills.
