Playlist: The Best R&B Ever

The Best R&B Ever is a list of R&B songs that I consider to be the greatest of all time. The list is not in any specific order. However, my goal is to collaboratively create a playlist of R&B tracks that provide hours of listing pleasure. R&B is a genre of music that is being forgotten. It is being lumped together with Hip-hop, but R&B is the origin of many genres of music. With that being said, I believe we need to preserve the genre. We do that by paying respects to the many artists and composers that have given us this amazing music. So, make sure you like, comment, and share. I will rank the playlist in fan favorite order, according to the number of total votes, once we get to 100 songs.

There are two lists below. The first one is my list of 100. I have already published a few, but more are coming soon. My goals is to post at least one song every couple of days. Please, take some time to review the list. Visit the individual post of each song. And make sure to like the post, if you want to vote for that song. Also, feel free to share the songs that you love to your social media. Ask your friends and family to vote.

Contest & Prizes

I’m thinking about making this into a contest. Voting will take place on DocDesmondRadio.com and all of my social media accounts, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter. I will keep a count of total votes for each song. And I want to have a bracket challenge, similar to a sports tournament. You will get a chance to predict the top ten for a chance to earn prizes.

However, I included this song on the playlist because the banter of the lead and background vocals is genius for this track. It’s very flirtatious and a perfect arrangement for foreplay.
